Nothing like a great start to our favorite time of year...Fall! We are having beautiful weather for the first official weekend of the season here in KC. So we spent most of Sunday afternoon walking around the Plaza Art Fair. Scarlett is really starting to develop her own personality, she loves to coo & hoo, kick, and let you know what she wants. She is such a smiley little baby and is starting to laugh a bit. At 12 weeks she has great head control and loves loves loves to take it in looking all around. Her hands are either in her mouth, pulling on her daddy's chest hair, or trying to grab onto her Baby Einstein peacock.

On Saturday, I finished putting up most of our Halloween-early fall decor around the house and made my first batch of chili. We have Scarlett's first Halloween costume from Pottery Barn Kids, she is going to be an owl. Which is perfect for her, since she "hoos" ALL of the time. We also ordered her first monogrammed jack-o-lantern for candy. Since we moved into our new home on Halloween weekend last year, Gus & Cinnamon did not get to wear their costumes from so they will get to use them this year. Gus will be a bull fighter and Cinnamon will be a witch. We are excited for everything coming up: football, the pumpkin patch, Gus' birthday, trick or treating, and then the holidays.
